Vinopolis Great Halls, London SE1 9BU. Nearest tube is London Bridge (Jubilee and Northern Lines) - exit towards Borough Market and it's a five minute walk (if you don't get distracted by fabulous cheese, meats etc in the market). Win £5,000 of wine for your business One happy visitor will go home* with a year's supply of wine! Claire Thevenot worked as a sommelier and wine trainer for the Hotel du Vin group until April 2008. Claire then joined us here at Enotria, selling wines not to customers, but to other sommeliers! Here she gives us a little insight into how her training has helped her in assisting her current customers - and recommends the Laura Aschero Pigato - a star at our recent press tasting.
