  1. NV Champagne R de Ruinart Halves, Ruinart

    Visually, its radiance is crystalline with a shimmering yellow colour and golden hues. The nose is delicate and fruity displaying dominant aromas of fresh white pear and dry fruits such as hazelnuts and almonds, followed by white flower notes, Viennese pastry and buttered brioche.

    An intense pink peppercorn colour with a fine stream of persistent bubbles. The nose has aromas of red fruits and summer berries. On the palate the first impression is freshness with notes of fragrant wild strawberry, this develops into creamy ripeness with a hint of vanilla. If the wine is allowed to blossom in the glass, a further layer of citrus aromas appears, with notes of grapefruit on the finish. The wine boasts a linear structure and rare finesse complemented by intensity of flavour. This is a Rosé Champagne with great personality.

  3. At first sight, a subtle yellow gold colour highlights a reserved finesse. On the nose; there are notes of citrus, plum, liquid honey and brioche. On the palate; fresh summer fruits, surprising red grapefruit along with candied peel, roast chestnut and caramelized apple tart.

    Attractive salmon pink in colour with coppery highlights and persistent, fine bubbles. The nose shows elegant aromas of wild strawberries and redcurrants with hints of honey and baked bread. The palate is finely balanced and well sustained with a great complexity, power and length. The redcurrant and strawberry flavours are abundant and stylishly partnered with flavours of brioche, fresh baked bread, vanilla and toasted nuts. The impressive length ends light and refreshing.

  5. NV Cordon Rouge Brut, Mumm

    Bright white gold in colour with a fine and consistent perlage and a clean, subtle nose. The palate is packed with rich yellow peach and apricot flavours with subtle hints of toasted nuts, yeast and hints of vanilla. Finishes elegant, lengthy and dry.

    A vibrant pink colour. The bubbles are fine, and the foam persistent. The full nose, wonderfully expressive, is fresh and young. It delivers aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, blackcurrants). On the palate, this wine strikes a fine balance and is both velvety and full-bodied. The flavours are reminiscent of fresh, crisp red fruits. The palate can be summed up in three words: lively, fruity and fresh, as only a fine rose blend should be.
