  1. 2014 Brut Reserve, Lyme Bay

Seyval Blanc grapes are used to create a bright, fruit forward and elegant, yet approachable English sparkling wine. Secondary fermentation in bottle under the Traditional Method process provides structure to the mid-palate and detail to the body of the wine without overpowering the delicate crisp citrus fruit. Pronounced notes of lemon and Granny Smith apple stand out amongst a vibrant and delicate mousse with a clean finish. The date of disgorgement is hand-written on every bottle.

  2. 2013 Rose, Court Garden

Very pale peach hue, frothy; dried cranberry, autolytic; nicely defined red fruit flavours, lively acidity balancing creamy mousse and good weight, nicely balanced, savoury finish with a lovely brioche character.

  3. 2013 Blanc de Blanc, Court Garden

The International Wine Challenge judges described our 2011 Blanc de Blancs as Gentle and elegant style. Sliced green apples and gala melon. Fine boned with persistent chalky length.

  4. 2010 Blanc de Noirs, Court Garden

Silver lime-leaf green, fine fizz; good yeast autolysis and green fruit with lemon grass accent; lovely delicate style with good balance between acidity and dosage. Nicely defined mid-palate with rich flavour, clean and crisp finish.

  5. 2010 Ditchling Reserve, Court Garden

Straw hue, delicate well-structured mouse, good balance between acidity and dosage, rich flavoured mid palate, clean and round finish.

  6. 2011 Hattingley Valley Blanc de Blanc, Hattingley Valley

The 2011 vintage was a stunning example of what can be achieved in England. The Chardonnay grapes were harvested between the second and third weeks of October with a good sugar:acidity ratio. The record breaking temperatures in October (up to 29°C) coupled with plenty of sunshine, contributed to exceptionally ripe fruit and some wonderful wines.
This wine has a lovely deep gold colour with a green hue and a fine mousse. The nose has delicate white fruit that gives way to a rich toasty and honeyed charm. The palate is beautifully balanced and complex – ripe apples with a crisp yet soft acidity that is balanced by a hint of oak influence. A rich and rounded mouth-feel and long finish. It has great ageing potential.

  7. NV Classic Reserve, Hattingley Valley

An elegant, svelte and super pure wine with delicate nose of hedgerow flowers, it has finesse, vibrant green fruit and a characteristic toasty flavour. Pale gold in colour and well-balanced on the palate showing crisp acidity and fine mousse. It has delicate toasty characteristics from being aged on lees whilst the gentle oak flavour adds complexity.

  8. 2014 Hattingley Valley Rose, Hattingley Valley

Subtle and delicate in colour this is an elegant Rosé with an abundance of red fruit and fresh acidity, supported by fine toasty notes developed by ageing on lees in the bottle.

  9. NV Brut, Knightor

On the nose it is elegant, with light floral aromas, peach and apple like fruit, and subtle lees notes. Despite the dosage being at the Brut level, it also has plenty of fruit flavour which along with it’s vibrant and fresh mousse makes for a fuller more jovial style.
