  1. NV Maximum Brut, Ferrari

    A deep straw yellow. A gentle, yet positive and persistent bouquet, with a note of ripe fruit accompanied by hints of crusty bread, hazelnuts and variegated floral aromas. Dry, elegant and well-balanced. It displays notable personality, with the intense fruity notes that are typical of Chardonnay accompanied by appealing nuances of vanilla and yeast that linger for a long time on the palate.

    The wine displays a pale yellow-gold colour with delicate green glints and a remarkable effervescence in the glass.On the nose, the first notes are of pink grapefruit coupled with almond, imparting a delightful freshness and delicacy to the wine, which progressively yield to aromas of white flowers and apricot. On the palate, the texture is invigoratingly fresh and zesty, typical of this outstanding vintage. The wine is harmoniously well-balanced and full-bodied. Initially flavours of green apple and citrus fruit prevail, however these give way to creamy aromas of butter and meringue, contributing to an overall impression of outstanding complexity. The finish is characterised by an enchanting vivacity and long-lasting aromas.

    Crisp, fragrant, citrusy with stone fruit aromas. The palate is elegant with subtle buscuity notes and good lenght.

  4. NV Ice Cuvée Sparkling, Peller

    Very fine bubbles spiral upwards, through this brilliant yellow straw coloured wine. The bouquet of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of honey, are followed by tropical fruits on the palate and a refreshing sweet grapefruit finish.

    Tiny, soft, and sparkling bubbles that light up the glass with a golden colour.
    On the nose, this wine offers a broad and varied palette of aromas, with fruity scents of Rennet
    apples and candied citrus fruits and floral scents of camomile and lily of the valley that overlap
    with delightful salty and spicy notes.
    On the palate, it mesmerises with the complexity of its aromas, emphasised by its very low
    dosage. Hints of citrus fruits, dry fruits, and vanilla combine in a harmonious symphony of
    flavours, supported by an enjoyable saltiness. The 2004 vintage of this remarkable Trentodoc
    is soft yet fresh, crisp yet elegant, and strikingly long on the finish.

    An intense bouquet, but of particular finesse, with scents of almond blossom, rennet apples, a faint spiciness and a hint of crusty bread. Dry, crisp and elegant, with a very persistent finish.

    The International Wine Challenge judges described our 2011 Blanc de Blancs as Gentle and elegant style. Sliced green apples and gala melon. Fine boned with persistent chalky length.

  8. 2006 Perlé Bianco Riserva, Ferrari

    The fine, persistent perlage swirls amidst it golden highlights. The highly complex bouquet reveals notes of candied citron, quince jam and oral sensations, giving way to intriguing nuances of iodine and spicy bread.
    Freshness and tanginess meld in perfect harmony with the rened mellowness deriving from its long maturation on the lees. A magnicently long nish, oering hints of white pepper and dried apricots.

  9. 2011 Hattingley Valley Blanc de Blanc, Hattingley Valley

    The 2011 vintage was a stunning example of what can be achieved in England. The Chardonnay grapes were harvested between the second and third weeks of October with a good sugar:acidity ratio. The record breaking temperatures in October (up to 29°C) coupled with plenty of sunshine, contributed to exceptionally ripe fruit and some wonderful wines.
    This wine has a lovely deep gold colour with a green hue and a fine mousse. The nose has delicate white fruit that gives way to a rich toasty and honeyed charm. The palate is beautifully balanced and complex – ripe apples with a crisp yet soft acidity that is balanced by a hint of oak influence. A rich and rounded mouth-feel and long finish. It has great ageing potential.

  10. NV Classic Reserve, Hattingley Valley

    An elegant, svelte and super pure wine with delicate nose of hedgerow flowers, it has finesse, vibrant green fruit and a characteristic toasty flavour. Pale gold in colour and well-balanced on the palate showing crisp acidity and fine mousse. It has delicate toasty characteristics from being aged on lees whilst the gentle oak flavour adds complexity.
