  1. 2010 Blanc de Noirs, Court Garden

Silver lime-leaf green, fine fizz; good yeast autolysis and green fruit with lemon grass accent; lovely delicate style with good balance between acidity and dosage. Nicely defined mid-palate with rich flavour, clean and crisp finish.

  3. 2006 Perlé Bianco Riserva, Ferrari

The fine, persistent perlage swirls amidst it golden highlights. The highly complex bouquet reveals notes of candied citron, quince jam and oral sensations, giving way to intriguing nuances of iodine and spicy bread.
Freshness and tanginess meld in perfect harmony with the rened mellowness deriving from its long maturation on the lees. A magnicently long nish, oering hints of white pepper and dried apricots.

  4. 2011 Hattingley Valley Blanc de Blanc, Hattingley Valley

The 2011 vintage was a stunning example of what can be achieved in England. The Chardonnay grapes were harvested between the second and third weeks of October with a good sugar:acidity ratio. The record breaking temperatures in October (up to 29°C) coupled with plenty of sunshine, contributed to exceptionally ripe fruit and some wonderful wines.
This wine has a lovely deep gold colour with a green hue and a fine mousse. The nose has delicate white fruit that gives way to a rich toasty and honeyed charm. The palate is beautifully balanced and complex – ripe apples with a crisp yet soft acidity that is balanced by a hint of oak influence. A rich and rounded mouth-feel and long finish. It has great ageing potential.

  5. NV Classic Reserve, Hattingley Valley

An elegant, svelte and super pure wine with delicate nose of hedgerow flowers, it has finesse, vibrant green fruit and a characteristic toasty flavour. Pale gold in colour and well-balanced on the palate showing crisp acidity and fine mousse. It has delicate toasty characteristics from being aged on lees whilst the gentle oak flavour adds complexity.

  6. 2014 Hattingley Valley Rose, Hattingley Valley

Subtle and delicate in colour this is an elegant Rosé with an abundance of red fruit and fresh acidity, supported by fine toasty notes developed by ageing on lees in the bottle.

  7. 2009 Perlé Nero, Ferrari

Rich and matured, powerful, with a great complexity which goes from fruity to mineral and roast notes.

  8. NV Brut, Knightor

On the nose it is elegant, with light floral aromas, peach and apple like fruit, and subtle lees notes. Despite the dosage being at the Brut level, it also has plenty of fruit flavour which along with it’s vibrant and fresh mousse makes for a fuller more jovial style.

  9. Martini Prosecco 75cl

A fresh aroma of flowers & fruit with apple, pear, banana & thyme notes. In the mouth, dry but fruity with white fruits & mandarin, well-balanced fresh, citrus acidity & perfectly balanced in the finish

  10. 2016 Giustino Bisol Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG , Ruggeri

Bright straw yellow in colour with persistent aromas of green apples, minerals and fresh baked bread. Good concentration on the palate backed by vibrant acidity, persistant, effervescent bubbles and a clean, balanced, crisp finish.
