  1. 2014 Mount Barker Riesling, Howard Park

Brilliant and pale lemon yellow in colour with intense and lifted aromas of zested lemon/lime citrus and fresh pears. The palate is full of fresh citrus, nashi pear and golden delicious apple flavours that give depth and richness. Whilst defined by these rich fruit flavours, the palate is guided by a fine, citrus acidity that adds length and finesse.

  2. 2016 Sauvignon Semillon, MadFish

Clear pale straw in colour with lovely fresh fruit aromas of guava, pear and lemon zest tickled with wafts of jasmine florals. The palate shows apple, pear and passionfruit notes around a key lime citrus background. A bright, juicy wine with heaps of fruit flavour and a zesty acidity.

  3. 2016 Riesling, Stargazer

Quartz-green in colour. Crammed with vibrant Cox’s Orange apple and lemon pith notes on the nose, as well as lifted jasmine and crystallised ginger aromatics. The palate’s bright acidity and river stone flavours are balanced with a gentle fruit sweetness and talc-like texture.

  4. 2013 Are You Game Chardonnay, Fowles Wine

A youthful straw colour. Aromas of peach and papaya play with subtle oak and yeasty notes. Full bodied and fruity, the palate has a delightful creaminess as a result of ten months on its lees.

  5. 2015 Unwooded Chardonnay, MadFish

Like the leaping fish this wine is named after, this Chardonnay jumps out the glass with flavours of ripe white peach & melon. No oak is used making it the perfect aperitif wine to enjoy with olives or salt and pepper squid.

  6. 2017 Riesling, MadFish

Lovely lemon in colour with, lime zest, citrus blossom and green skin pear aromas. The flavours are citrus, apples and pears with a soft stone/ mineral acidity that keeps the flavours lasting and fresh.

  7. 2015 Chardonnay, Stargazer

Grapefruit pith and white peaches are entwined with fine cashew nut oak aromas on the nose with some subtle sulphide characters contributing complexity and depth. The palate is fine boned and elegant, powered by a firm acid line which is complemented by creamy fruit intensity.

  8. 2015 Chardonnay, Cable Crossing

Chardonnay thrives in the warm and sun kissed Australian vineyard – delivering an unmistakeably vibrant and fruit driven style. This wine is no exception and is packed with grapefruit, lime and melon flavours, all bound up with a zesty, crisp citrus balance which cuts through to the finish.

  9. 2015 Riesling Trevarrick Single Contour, Skillogalee

This wine shows a floral perfume on the nose with a nice touch of orange blossom. The palate has great length and minerality with all the citrus attributes expected of a Skillogalee Riesling. A tight, fresh and focused acidity keeps everything in balance.

  10. 2017 The Stump Jump White Blend, d'Arenberg

Riesling gives the finesse and class to this wine, Sauvignon blanc adds loads of aromatics, and the Marsanne and Roussanne provide complexity, weight and nuttiness to the palate. The resulting wine is an exotic mix of citrus, stone fruits, passionfruit, guava and tinned pineapple which develops into a long savoury, nutty like finish. The mouthfeel is rich and luscious without being overly oily, kept in check by a fine line of mineral acidity.
