  1. 2016 Shoreline, Lyme Bay

Shoreline combines many of the qualities that make Lyme Bay Winery so special; a crisp and refreshing wine made to match the fine seafood caught all along the Lyme Bay coastline. The combination of Bacchus, Pinot Noir, Reichensteiner and Seyval Blanc results in a wine with plenty of lemon and tropical citrus, supported by elegant floral notes of nettle, rose and lychee and fantastic structure. Grown, picked, pressed and fermented with the upmost care and attention to detail, the wines are then expertly blended to optimum proportions.

  2. 2015 Traminer DOC Friuli,Brandolini

Velvet-smooth essences of lychee, peach, wisteria, yellow roses, and pineapple float on hints of citrus and wild herbs. Medium tangy in the mouth, with a smooth texture that displays clean, crisp contours. Subtle wisteria, spice, and medicinal herbs infuse the finish.

  3. 2016 Orvieto Amabile, San Marco

Fills the glass with glints of golden straw colour, with aromatic notes of roses on the nose. On the palate it has hints of ripe apricots, ripe grapes and a long off-dry finish.

  4. 2011 Gewurztraminer Cuvée des Seigneurs de Ribeaupierre, Trimbach

It is a wine with flowery and spicy aromas and a dry personality, and yet so rich and so fruity that it almost hints at sweetness … a mere illusion.

  5. 2015 Sandbar Bacchus, Lyme Bay

Sandbar is made from 100% Bacchus grapes, arguably the Flagship variety for English still wines. Whilst it has Riesling in its lineage, most would say Bacchus expresses itself more similarly to Sauvignon Blanc, but with its own unique qualities. Thanks to England''s cool maritime climate and long growing season, Lyme Bay''s Sandbar shows fresh and bright acidity with a complex and pronounced delivery of grapefruit, guava, box wood, and a hint of blackcurrant.

  6. 2016 Tesch Riesling Krone

Pale silver colour. Citrus with floral notes. Notes of exotic pineapple.

  7. 2015 Torrontes, Bodegas Santa Ana

Bright, pale gold in colour with flashes of green at the rim. The nose is powerfully aromatic with an array of wildflower and tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fruity and crisp, well balanced with a clean finish this wine drinks great as a glass by itself but will also pair well with shellfish, pasta with a white wine based sauce or spicy Eastern influenced dishes.

  8. 2014 Marani Bianco Veronese, Sartori

Brilliant yellow-diamond in colour; aromas of rich, ripe fruit and honey; voluptuous on the palate, with a persistent mineral finish, reflecting the volcanic soils of the Soave zone.
