  1. NV Pommery Brut Royal, Champagne Pommery

    Pale yellow with light green accents. It is vivacious and cheerful, fresh, easy, fine, delicate, and open. It has notes of citrus and white flowers combined with small berry notes. Elegant, vibrant. Initial notes of berries. The wine is round, ample, and delicate, with a nice finish. Clear end notes without any dryness. This wine is harmonious and never grows tiresome to the palate.

    A clear, golden Champagne robe par excellence. Delicate and fine bubbles resulting from an extended maturation time. Fresh fruit dominates, with pear and russet apple, and a few hints of citrus fruits such as star fruit. The finish evokes fresh grapes, livened with hints of freshness and aniseed. A structured, full-bodied and franc wine. A juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine with great fruit, a good mouthfeel and a harmonious balance.

    This delicate Pinot Noir is complex and elegant, with fine aromas of strawberry, cherry, orange peel and herbs, which combines perfectly with oak. Red berries, fresh and sweets are the first flavours in the palate, then cherries and soft tannins which linger in a long and persistent finish.

    Visually, its radiance is crystalline with a shimmering yellow colour and golden hues. The nose is delicate and fruity displaying dominant aromas of fresh white pear and dry fruits such as hazelnuts and almonds, followed by white flower notes, Viennese pastry and buttered brioche.

  10. 2016 Roero Arneis Serra Lupini, Azienda Agricola Negro

    Intense yellow strew. Fragrance of yellow pulp fruits with predominate peach and pear flavours. Hints of Acacia flower and tropical fruits. Taste, soft but persistent with fruity and mineral aroma, typical from chalky- sandy soil in the Roero region. Suggested temperature of service; 12 C.
