  1. 2011 Ferrous Pinot Noir, Kooyong

A darker and more restrained nose than the Meres. Rather than a panoply of mixed fruits, this is more dense and complex, with smoked meats, blueberry, ironstone, black olive, and a touch of Chinese five spice. A singular style with an exciting range of flavours. Tannins are quite firm on the back palate at the moment, and will soften with age.

  2. 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Miamup, Howard Park

A deep and inviting black cherry colour with floral notes of violets and fruity, doughy aromas of just baked blackberry muffins. The palate is soft, inviting, and full of free range forest fruits, vanilla, cocoa and loads of supple, fine tannin.

  3. 2014 Mount Barker Riesling, Howard Park

Brilliant and pale lemon yellow in colour with intense and lifted aromas of zested lemon/lime citrus and fresh pears. The palate is full of fresh citrus, nashi pear and golden delicious apple flavours that give depth and richness. Whilst defined by these rich fruit flavours, the palate is guided by a fine, citrus acidity that adds length and finesse.

  4. 2010 Leston Shiraz, Howard Park

Vibrant dark raspberry in colour with expansive aromas of poached dark-fleshed plums, blueberry muffins, star anise, violets and mocha. The palate is reminiscent of pane forte - exotic spices and ripe plums, red fruits and chewy tannins.

  5. 2012 Leston Cab Sauv, Howard Park

Dark and dense cherry in colour with a bouquet of warm and primary bright fruit notes of black currant and mulberry with a perfumed lift of sweet mint, cocoa and freshly rubbed herbs. The palate’s opulent fruit weight and supple fruit tannins are deftly cradled by fine oak flavour and tannins. A mineral and chalky structure enhances palate texture and length.

  6. 2016 Sauvignon Semillon, MadFish

Clear pale straw in colour with lovely fresh fruit aromas of guava, pear and lemon zest tickled with wafts of jasmine florals. The palate shows apple, pear and passionfruit notes around a key lime citrus background. A bright, juicy wine with heaps of fruit flavour and a zesty acidity.

  7. 2016 Riesling, Stargazer

Quartz-green in colour. Crammed with vibrant Cox’s Orange apple and lemon pith notes on the nose, as well as lifted jasmine and crystallised ginger aromatics. The palate’s bright acidity and river stone flavours are balanced with a gentle fruit sweetness and talc-like texture.

  8. 2013 Are You Game Chardonnay, Fowles Wine

A youthful straw colour. Aromas of peach and papaya play with subtle oak and yeasty notes. Full bodied and fruity, the palate has a delightful creaminess as a result of ten months on its lees.

  9. 2014 Ladies who Shoot their Lunch Shiraz, Fowles Wine

A deep ripe mulberry colour, displaying glints of youthful purple at the rim. Intensely floral aromas of pepper and spice play with rich red fruits. Palate is full bodied and complex with silky tannins and a generous length of flavour.

  10. 2015 Unwooded Chardonnay, MadFish

Like the leaping fish this wine is named after, this Chardonnay jumps out the glass with flavours of ripe white peach & melon. No oak is used making it the perfect aperitif wine to enjoy with olives or salt and pepper squid.
