Troy Christensen - CEO
Former Chief Executive at Accolade Wines and, before that, President at Constellation Europe, Troy has a wealth of experience and a dynamic way of working that could change the future of the industry. Since his return to the U.K. and his arrival at Enotria Winecellars in 2014, he has considerably upped the pace, moving the company into a new state-of-the-art warehouse, upgrading the internal systems and, most notably, acquiring Coe Vintners and launching the new business under Enotria&Coe.
Jon Pepper MW - Buying, Marketing & Retail Director
Jon rose rapidly through the ranks at Buckingham Schenk, beginning in 2006 as Marketing Manager, then becoming Commercial Director, and finally becoming Marketing Director in 2017. He has a strong track record of developing, launching, and marketing premium brands, as well as vast experience and insight to drive the strategy, direction and shape of the Enotria&Coe portfolio.
John Hearn - Commercial Director, Off Trade & International
John was previously with Diageo Percy Fox before joining the Leadership Team. He has been instrumental in growing market share in his previous roles, and also has experience developing market-leading brands. He is a fantastic addition to the team as we adopt some bold and exciting moves with our Channel Strategy.
Gemma Bolton - HR Director
As a chartered member of the CIPD, Gemma has a range of skills across all disciplines of HR. Gemma joined Enotria as a member of the leadership team in 2013, and is responsible for the company's People Strategy encompassing Learning and Development, Reward and Benefits, Payroll and Recruitment. Since joining the wine and spirits business Gemma has willingly embraced the industry by participating in (and passing) her WSET levels 1 and 2 certificates.
Tim Hobbs - Supply Chain Director
Tim has 21 years of FMCG experience in planning and supply chain practises, in multiple geographies. He runs our Sales and Operations Planning processes and has implemented our enhanced Forecasting and Supply planning solution- getting the right product to the right place, at the right time. Satisfying customer demand is what he is all about.
Derek Shelton - CFO
Derek has over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles in the UK and internationally. He joined Enotria&Coe following 6 years as CFO for New Zealand’s most successful wine and spirits distributor. At Enotria&Coe, Derek is responsible for the Finance team, as well as Credit Control and IT.
