Tasting Note: Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is bright, fresh and delicate with aromas or freshly peeled lemons and a whisper of red fruit, followed by the subtle perfume of white flowers and orange blossom. Lavender, rose petals and a hint of cracked white pepper add subtle finesse. Traditional juniper provides structure in the background partnered with a natural, but not overpowering, soft sweetness from strawberries and angelica complemented with a freshness from lemon verbena. The finish is soft, smooth and lingering.

Production Method: Rosé Sainte Marie, like all our gins is lovingly handcrafted in Salcombe. It is inspired by the aromas, flavours and lifestyle of the South of France and has been named after the iconic Sainte Marie lighthouse which marks the Southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, from where the Salcombe Fruit Schooners would load citrus fruits and herbs bound for the UK. ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is a celebration of adventure, colour, freshness and joy, capturing the vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean.
