Christmas & New Year Delivery Schedule

As in previous years, our Christmas and New Year delivery schedule is an interactive map, which we hope will be helpful during this busy trading period.

• Zoom in to your area below, or click the full screen button and use the search function to find the first part of your delivery post-code, eg NW10
• Select ‘Postcode Matrix’ option from the side bar and your delivery schedule will show here
• Alternatively click on the pin closest to your location within the Map
• Please be aware there may be exceptions, however these will be communicated to you directly by your Account Manager

Festive Period Opening Hours

Over the festive period, the Customer Service team and phone lines will be open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding:

• Monday 25 December: closed
• Tuesday 26 December: closed
• Monday 1 January: closed

Returns

Please be aware that from 27th November to 2nd January, we will be unable to facilitate any requests for returns or collections, with the exception of pre-arranged events and empty kegs.
