Tasting Note: Soft notes of black pepper with a hint of perfumed Cotswolds lavender.
Unique Selling Point: Produced in small batches, this is handmade gin with no corners cut.
Production Method: Cotswolds Gin is made in the Cotswolds ANOB in Warwickshire, from 9 carefully selected Botanicals including locally grown Cotswolds lavender, juniper, bay leaf, fresh lime and grapefruit peel, angelica root, cardamon, coriander and black pepper. We use neutral grain wheat spirit from Hayman's, and bottle by hand on site. The expression of the traditional London dry style comes from the maceration into our pure wheat spirit of juniper, coriander and angelica root, which have been left for 12 hours to allow their flavour characteristics to fully infuse.
We then add our unique botanical mix of Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seed into our bespoke Holstein pot still for distillation before finishing with naturally refined Cotswolds water.
