Tasting Note: The style is fresh and delicate; the white fruits mingle with notes of straw, honey and flowers, leading to a zesty, mineral finish.

Vineyard: Practicing organic viticulture (non-certified). Anjou blanc Mozaik comes from 2 distinct terroirs – limestone and slate.
Vinification: Aged one year in wooden tank, natural yeast, filtered in large foudre before bottling. Aging wine is a marriage between time and micro oxygenation. We age our wines in French oak ranging from 225 liters to 600 liters for an average of between 10 and 24 months depending of the wine.
