Production Method: A blend of Vinegar Mash is produced by gently heating and then steeping a blend of botanicals that includes, Rhubarb, Hops, Ginger and Fennel. This is then blended with an apple syrup made form English Deliciouse Apples, and spring water. It is then Pasturised in bottle.
