Our social responsibility efforts go beyond our internal operations and extend to charitable support. In addition to our commitments to our employees, supply chain, and customers, we strive to give back to the public through various initiatives. For instance, we have raised awareness for mental health issues through our partnership with Mind. This year, we are tackling child hunger by supporting The Felix Project and supporting medical research through organisations like Macmillan Cancer Support and Taylan’s Project, which focuses on brain tumour research.

While we deeply appreciate the valuable work done by our charity partners, we also enjoy taking a hands-on approach and involving our employees in actively raising funds for meaningful causes. We do so by organising various fundraising events throughout the year. These include company bake offs and bake sales during Easter and Halloween; charity walks, runs, and hikes; as well as raffles and Christmas jumper days during the holiday season. We are also proud to support our employees who participate in private fundraising efforts, providing assistance and encouragement to contribute to their chosen causes, and we continually explore new avenues to raise funds and support causes close to our hearts.

Certain issues require focused attention and dedicated efforts to address effectively. That is why we regularly assess our corporate social responsibility needs and consider the formation of ad hoc committees to tackle such challenges head-on. These committees are tasked with generating ideas and overseeing the implementation of initiatives aimed at making a positive impact. For instance, we have established a dedicated Charity & Social committee to coordinate volunteer projects and further our ongoing commitment to community engagement and support for local charities. Furthermore, we are actively participating in The Drinks Trust's industry-wide Equity, Diversity & Inclusion programme, an initiative that seeks to foster an inclusive and equitable UK drinks industry where everyone feels valued, safe, and supported. To support this programme, Enotria&Coe is forming an ad hoc committee to ensure our active involvement and leadership in driving positive change within the industry.
