Sustainability at Enotria&Coe
As a leading UK wine and spirits supplier, Enotria&Coe is committed to driving sustainability across the hospitality industry. We recognise our responsibility to protect the environment, support our people, and contribute positively to our communities. By embedding sustainable practices throughout our operations, we aim to reduce environmental impact and promote long-term industry change.
Our Sustainability Charter
Launched in 2022, our Sustainability Charter focuses on three core pillars: environmental, social, and community responsibility. We’ve already achieved year-on-year reductions in carbon emissions and support charitable causes like the Drinks Trust and Room to Reward. We invest in staff development through training programs such as WSET and Mental Health First Aid and promote diversity, inclusion, and ethical business practices.
Looking ahead, our goals include reaching carbon neutrality in our operations by 2030 and across our entire supply chain by 2050. We are also forming a Charity & Social committee to lead volunteer initiatives and support campaigns like Safe Spaces Now.
Collaborating for Progress
We actively participate in industry initiatives such as the Sustainable Wine Roundtable (SWR), where we help set global sustainability standards.
We’ve developed a focused plan to reduce our environmental impact and lead meaningful change across the drinks industry. From lowering the carbon footprint of our packaging to decarbonising our transport operations. Our strategy includes reducing glass bottle weight, increasing recycled content, phasing out single-use plastics, and adopting lower-emission logistics solutions. We're also investing in science-based tools to measure and reduce emissions across our value chain.
We’re proud to work in collaboration with our suppliers and partners to create a more sustainable future - delivering both environmental progress and long-term value.
