Benefits
Pay & rewards
Enotria provides competitive pay and comprehensive benefits packages across all its departments. Our benefits encompass various aspects, including flexible working arrangements, mental health support services, and private medical care. Additionally, we offer assistance and support for life events, such as paid sick leave and parental care. Our offices are designed to foster a vibrant and engaging work environment, with well-equipped social spaces. We organise numerous social events to encourage team bonding and create opportunities for our employees to enjoy spending time with their colleagues. We strive to ensure that our workplace is not only productive but also enjoyable and fulfilling for everyone.
Family friendly
At Enotria, we recognise the importance of supporting our employees who have family responsibilities, and we commit to providing necessary opportunities for them to balance work and family life effectively. We offer flexible working arrangements, ensuring that our employees have the flexibility they need to fulfil their responsibilities at home. Additionally, we provide extra parental leave and generous benefits to support our employees in caring for their families.
This commitment to supporting our employees in their family responsibilities is deeply ingrained in our workplace culture. It is not uncommon to find longstanding employees and even multiple generations of the same family working together within our organisation. We believe that by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, we empower our employees to thrive both personally and professionally.
Training & development
In addition to imparting wine knowledge to our customers, we provide continuous training to our own staff, too. This includes established wine training programmes such as WSET and MW, with further educational opportunities for all employees to deepen their understanding and appreciation of wine and spirits. To celebrate our 50th anniversary, for instance, our employees travelled around the globe to meet 50 of our exclusive partner producers. It is an approach that fosters a connected and immersed team, and ensures that everyone at Enotria lives and breathes the same air as the industry we serve. To maintain operational efficiency and ensure our employees possess the necessary skills, we also provide them with sales and management training, comprehensive induction and onboarding for warehouse staff, and access to Flick Learning, a library of on-demand digital training modules.
Furthermore, we offer mentoring and career progression opportunities to support our employees' professional development. We indeed prioritise promotions from within the Enotria family, investing in our people and equipping them with the skills needed to excel in their roles. This approach not only cultivates employee loyalty and retention but also minimises disruptions for our customers typically caused by high staff turnover.

Warehouse & Transport
Our warehouse department encompasses a variety of essential roles, from warehouse managers to pickers, all of whom play a vital role in ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently. Similarly, our transport roles serve as the physical link between our offices and customers. Our drivers not only deliver our wines and spirits but also serve as the face of our business, engaging with clients daily. The expertise, professionalism, and reliability of our staff in these departments are pivotal to the success of our operations, so we prioritise maintaining a highly skilled team to uphold the quality and efficiency of our services.
Sales
Our sales department is the beating heart of our business, propelling our growth and ensuring that the wines and spirits in our portfolio receive the recognition and respect they deserve. We take pride in maintaining a continuous pipeline of talent for our sales team. Our recruitment strategy combines external hiring with internal promotions, empowering employees who seek new opportunities within our organisation by providing them with the necessary support and resources to transition laterally. This approach not only fosters a dynamic and diverse sales team but also ensures that our business remains agile and responsive to evolving market demands.
