New website: what's changed?

Our new website has been designed with customer feedback at heart, making it quicker than ever to find what you need and place your orders.

We’re always looking for ways to make your experience with Enotria&Coe easier, faster, and more enjoyable, both when choosing your wines and spirits and when placing your orders. That’s why we’re excited to share our brand-new Enotria&Coe website with you.

It’s been designed with your feedback at heart, making it quicker than ever to find what you need and place your orders.

A faster, more convenient Wine List

Many of our customers value having their Wine List as an easy to access "quick order" tool. It's perfect for a quick run through topping up when you're replenishing after a busy service.

Our new site makes the Wine List even easier to use. You can opt for up to 50 products on a single page so it's an easy scroll through. For wines, quantities default to the number of bottles in a single case. Adding to your basket is much faster than before, and the whole experience has been designed for use primarily on mobiles and tablets.

A smooth, fuss-free checkout

Because you choose a predefined delivery point when you login with us, going from a shopping basket to a checked-out order takes literally just seconds.

When you checkout, you'll be shown the next available delivery date in your location, or you can choose a later date if more convenient. After that, there's an option to enter a purchase order number if you'd like us to quote it on your invoice, and a space to enter comments for our order office. After that, if you're ordering on credit you're just a single click away from your order being complete.

Login changes

The way you login as a customer to the new site has changed slightly. Firstly, if you previously logged in with a username, this has changed: all login access to the website is now based on an email address.

Also, before you can login you will need to reset your password. This is a one-time requirement; once your password is set you’ll use this new password from now on.

Some people are set up to be able order for more than one delivery point or customer account. On the new site, every time you login you will need to select which customer account and delivery point you are ordering for. This allows us to offer the right prices, inventory and Wine List for your location. If you click the shopping trolley in the top right of the screen you’ll be able to see or change the currently active delivery point.
