Château Phélan Ségur

Château Phélan Ségur, in the iconic Bordeaux Saint-Estèphe appellation, had an origin a little different to the majority of French châteaux; it was established by Bernard O'Phelan, a young Irish wine merchant, in the 19th century. Four families and two centuries of winemaking passion later, Château Phélan Ségur has created an identity based on elegance and finesse. Ancestral know-how, authenticity and ultimate respect of traditions are of the utmost importance to the team, who continue to craft quality wines today, within what they perceive as a 'living heritage.'
