Connubio
Connubio is rooted in the rich winemaking heritage of Verona, and the wines are made by Sartori, whose history dates to the late 19th century when Pietro Sartori purchased a vineyard in Negrar in 1898 to ensure a steady supply of high-quality Rosso Veronese for his bustling restaurant. Over time, the business evolved, merging Sartori’s marketing and distribution expertise with the production capabilities of the nearby Cantina Sociale di Colognola in the 1990s. This partnership allowed Connubio to expand winemaking operations while remaining dedicated to producing wines that celebrate the character of the Verona region.
Winemaking philosophy focuses on blending tradition with modern innovation, crafting wines that honour the essence of Veronese grape varieties while meeting contemporary market demands.
