Jean-Michel Gaunoux has brought an extraordinary energy and zealous enthusiasm to the seven-hectare estate he took over in 1990. Focused around Meursault, he also owns vineyards in Puligny, Volnay and Pommard. Jean-Michel's Meursaults are classically rich and opulent, with fresh balancing acidity. Jean-Michel is one of few suppliers to keep back a proportion of his production every year in order to be able to offer older vintages when the wines are fully mature.
