Tasting note
White flower blossom fills the nostrils, followed by green apples and apricots which then take form in the mouth; the result is a highly quaffable white from south central Spain.
Vineyard
Vineyards are planted in well-drained soils under a dry continental climate with high sunlight exposure and strong temperature contrasts between day and night. These conditions promote healthy ripening, good acidity retention, and expressive, aromatic grape profiles.
Viticulture
Yields are controlled to enhance grape quality, and harvesting is timed to preserve freshness, acidity, and aromatic intensity.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (12–16 °C) to preserve the wine’s fresh and fruity character. After fermentation, the wine rests briefly in tank to stabilize and harmonize before bottling, maintaining its crispness and aromatic intensity.
