Tasting note
Red ruby. On the nose predominate scent of red cherry, red plum, black pepper and notes of liquorice, tobacco, toast and cloves. On palate is dry and full body, with balanced tannins.

Vinification
Due the different period of maturation, grapes are harvested and vinified separately. After fermentation, wines are blended and ready for the ageing.
