Tasting note
Red ruby on the appearance. Scent of cherry, redcurrant. Tobacco, black pepper and liquorice on background with a shade of cloves. On palate is dry and well balanced with tannins.

Conventional.
Vinification
Harvested at the end of october and fermented in stainless steel vat for 10 days, including malolactic fermentation. Aged in tonneaux for approximately 6 months.

Onion soup, aged cheese, grilled meat, fresh pasta.
