Tasting note
White wine with a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, with a delicate and persistent perfume. There are hints of orange blossom, camphor and lemon peel. Characteristic balsamic finish with rosemary and sage. Fresh, sour and persistent taste. Savoury with mineral notes.

Vinification
Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in steel tank at 14 ‐ 16°C for 20 days, with a refinement 5 months steel tank+2 months bottle.

Dishes based on shellfish, seafood, white meat and also for an aperitif or with appetizers based on vegetables, delicate cheeses, unseasoned meats.
