Viticulture
Harvest takes place in early August after which the grapes are softly pressed and go through a cold skin maceration for 24 hours to preserve the delicate flavours and freshness of the fruit.
Vinification
Grapes are destemmed and then softly pressed in the pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 10/15 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C.
