Tasting note
Amber coloured with iodized reflections. Nose with medium intensity, ripe fruit notes such as candied orange and orange jam with crushed flowers (roses) and herbal notes. This wine is structured and tannic and has a broad and round feel.
Viticulture
An Albariño with a red wine soul. Martín Códax produces this Orange Wine following the most ancestral and primitive manual practices, originated in the Caucasus regions more than 6,000 years ago.
Vinification
The fermentation takes place with the grape skins and macerates for six months. This is how the winery can achieve the so desired colour and wine aromatic profile evolution.
