Tasting note
Persistent flavours of red cherries, berries and spicy, floral notes. Rounded and ripe with plenty of delcious deep sweet spice.
Viticulture
Its proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the balancing influences of sun and fog and soil composition ideally matched to cool climate grapes make the Russian River Valley an ideal sanctuary for Pinot Noir.
Vinification
Crafted from Russian River Valley fruit, perfect for delicate Pinot Noir due to coastal fogs. Aged 12 months in new and used French oak, lending vanilla and toasty notes. With gentle acidity and low tannins, it pairs well with diverse foods.
Food Match
The low tannin and rich fruit make this a really versatile wine. Try it with slow-cooked beef brisket with all the sides.
