Mouthwatering Californian Chardonnay, bursting with ripe melon and fragrant with lemon curd, fig and spice.
Vinification
Grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness over an extended harvest period. Vineyard blocks were kept separate until the best lots were blended together. The wine was fermented in 100% French oak barrels (30% new) for 18 months.

This can pair with rich, complex dishes such as meaty fish in cream sauce and even fine Indian cuisine.
