Tasting note
Creamy sparkling wine from Argentina, aromatic with citrus and stone fruit, ending on a fine tang of red berries softened by the creamy texture.
Viticulture
Chandon Argentina's unique terroir, nestled in the Andes foothills at altitudes of 980 to 1,500 meters, offers temperature variations that yield fresher, lighter wines. Sandy clay soils encourage deep root growth, producing larger grapes with intense fruity aromas and fuller tannins—ideal for sparkling and still wines.
Vinification
A combination of grapes from vineyards of varying altitude, this sparkling rose is made with the traditional method of bottle fermentation. The blend is a portion of Pinot Noir base wines with 18 months' lees ageing in bottle.
Food Match
A wonderful aperitif, but also can go with canapes, light pastas, fried checken.
