Viticulture
From vines aged 35 years on average grown on soil of clay with a limestone base at 42 hl/ha yield.
Vinification
Maceration for a period of three weeks with pumping over in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Ageing in oak barrels for 12 months in French oak.

Slow roasted lamb with rosemary potatos.
