Viticulture
12.32 ha vineyard is situated on the commune of Avensan.The vineyard blocks are made up of deep gravel soils, known for producing outstanding quality wines. Tailored production for each block at each stage of productoin. Certified sustainable by Terra Vitis since 2003 vintage and hand-harvested.
Vinification
15 to 28 days of maceration depending of the plot. 12 months ageing into oak barrels with 30% new.

Roasted duck with honey, quail cooked with figs, cheese.
