Tasting note
White Bordeaux, unoaked but nicely complex, with notes of peach, lime juice and a whiff of white flowers.
Viticulture
Graves by name, mainly gravel soils by nature. Small vineyard of 3 hectares only, with thirty year old vines. Manually harvested.
Vinification
Manually harvested and then vinified at 15C, followed by lees ageing for six months.

Salads, white fish, pasta and vegetable dishes.
