Tasting note
Bordeaux from the world-renowned terroir of Margaux, this second wine from an admired estate is beautifully structured, full of red plums and black cherries, with ripe raspberry on the finish.
Viticulture
Margaux's excellence comes from unique microclimate and gravel-rich terroir. Gravel stores heat, prevents frost, encourages sugar production and regulates water. Ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Merlot (29%), Petit Verdot (1%). Sustainable, eco-friendly practices on 40 ha, minimal pesticides. Traditional soil work, weather-adapted treatments.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes from different parcels are vinified separately. Pumping over and maceration depend on the tasting of each tank. Blending is done at the end of winter. Then the wine is matured in oak barrels and bottled after 10 to 12 months.
Food Match
To match with duck fillet, mushroom risotto, cheese.
