Aristocratic Bordeaux, the notes of red fruit shading into blueberry, violet and a light whiff of tobacco, with a hint of vanilla on the finish.
Viticulture
100% biodynamic from 2016 vintage. The fruit is manually harvested.
Vinification
Fermentation in small concrete vats on a plot by plot basis. Matured in barrels (20% new) for 16 months.

Serve with: grills, cured and prepared meats (charcuterie), fresh cheeses.
