Crisp, strong, clean and lingering on the palate, there are dominant flavours of tangy red berries followed by notes of apricot.
Viticulture
Grapes from all the continental and seafront Côtes de Provence terroirs have gone into crafting this excellent vintage.The grapes have all been grown with HEV certification (High Environmental Value) with specific ground cover based on soil type and exposure.
Vinification
Château Minuty Prestige is made from Provence grapes that have been picked and sorted by hand. Winemaking temperatures are carefully monitored so they remain low enough to lock in the grapes' aromatic potential but high enough to bring out their subtleties.
