Viticulture
Nebbiolo from clones of Michet, Lampia and Rosé grown on one of our estate vineyards, situated on the hill "Terlo" in Barolo.
Vinification
2 years of aging in new french oak; then 1 year in bottle.

Red meat: wild game and birds, braised meats, marinaded rabbit; aged cheese; truffle plates. Optimal wine to meditate over.
