Viticulture
Pioneering with Italian heritage, the estate revolutionised Chilean wine by introducing Carmenere and natural winemaking in 2011. Vinification
The grapes are fully destemmed and undergo a 2-3 day cold maceration. Spontaneous fermentation occurs, followed by 5-8 days of skin contact. Malolactic fermentation completes in tank before racking to barrels and concrete tanks. The wine is aged for 9 months in a mix of concrete tanks and used French oak barrels.
