Tasting note

Domaine Bonnard’s Sancerre Blanc wines are lively and long on the finish. Their nose is redolent of broom with citrus notes and pear notes on the palate for overall harmony. The wines are pale gold in colour. To enjoy the vivacity and fruit of our white wines, we advise drinking them young (between 1 and 4 years).

Viticulture

• Calcareous soil made up small chalky stones known as “caillotes"

-Kimmeridgian marls also known as “terres blanches” or “white earth".

• Flint (or siliceous clay soils).

Food Match

Our white Sancerre is the perfect match for fish, seafood, white meats and cheeses, even strong one.
