An attractive red from the southern Rhône, filled with spiced black fruit jam and immensely, appealingly concentrated.
Viticulture
This wine is coming from one piece plot located at east of the appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the city of Courthézon. 23 hectares of vines grown without pesticides or insecticides and manure is natural. The land is worked without herbicide to maintain ventilation and flexibility to the soil. Yield of 46 hl/ha.
Vinification
Maceration lasts 12 - 15 days and ageing is in large, old oak barrels for 9 months.

Beef tenderloin with goat cheese sauce, spicy beef and sweet-potato stir-fry, spiced venison steaks with red-cabbage confit and red-wine sauce or duck with honey-peppercorn sauce.
