Viticulture
Les Perrières is situated on a sloping southeast exposure just above the Le Clos parcel, and has limestone and young clay soils. The vines are an average of 35 years old.
Vinification
The wine is fermented in oak barrels before further barrel maturation, a part of it on the lees.
