Vinification
This wine was crafted using minimal intervention winemaking techniques. Old amphoras recovered from Chilean lands and ancient jars brought from Villarrobledo, Castilla de la Mancha, were used to extract the essence out of these hundred-year-old vines and the terroirs of the lands of Itata.
