Tasting note
Wonderfully complex Malbec from Patagonia, perfumed with eucalyptus and black pepper, the mouth a cluster of red berries, with a scattering of spice.
Vinification
Hand picked grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel. 15 to 20% of the wine is then aged in American and French oak casks for 12 months, before being bottled and aged for 6 months before its release.
Food Match
It is the ultimate wine to pair with Agentina’s emblematic “asado” (barbeque). It also shows off its style paired with all types of pastas and other dishes with rich sauces.
