Tasting note
Top-tier Malbec from Patagonia, luscious and appealing, with plums, clove and nutmeg on the nose and charcuterie, earth and more plums in the mouth.
Vinification
Hand picked grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and the wine is then aged in new French and American oak casks for 12 months. After bottling, the wine is aged for a further 6 months at the winery before release.

Try it with stuffed quail with a balsamic jus & roasted garlic potato cake.
