Tasting note

Floral, attractive Pouilly-Fuissé, perfumed with almonds and refreshed by a spritz of lemon.

Vinification

Very slow pressing so as to respect the fruit. Juices from the last pressings are not retained. No artificial yeasts or enzymes are used.

The wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in older oak barrels.

between 6 to 8 months

A wonderful match with grilled ot steamed fish and chicken dishes.
