Tasting note
Fresh and crisp white wine from gascony, South West France. The resulting white wine is fruity, offering citrusy aromas on the nose and a refreshing feel in the mouth.
Vineyard
Gascony is both wild and beautiful at the same time... With its rolling countryside dotted with maritime pine and cypress trees, its luxurious vineyards and medieval hilltop towns, the area is one of the most well-preserved French treasures. Home to viticulture since Roman times, the IGP Côtes de Gascogne shares the same area of production as the Armagnac appellation.
Viticulture
Conventional viticulture.
Vinification
To preserve freshness and enhance aromas, grapes are night-harvested at peak ripeness. Low temperatures help retain aromatic intensity. Premium juice is gently extracted via pneumatic pressing, followed by cool fermentation. The result is a fragrant, refreshing white wine.
