Tasting note
One of the finest co-operatives of Provence, known for producing balanced and highly drinkable rosé wines. The grapes for this wine, come from a single estate. A classic of the style, with a floral nose and gentle berry fruit on the palate.
Vinification
Direct pressing for Cinsault and Carignan with 48 hours of static settling, 15 days of stabilization for Grenache with daily re-suspension of the lees. Vinified at 18°, followed by aging on fine lees with weekly stirring for 3 months.
