This sophisticated Rhône Syrah combines savoury fruit flavours with tar, leather and a touch of spicy oak.
In the heart of Crozes Hermitage appellation the syrah vines are planted on a parent rock close to the surface and granite soils offering good drainage. On the southern side vines are planted on chalky-limestone soils covered with smooth pebbles.
Outstanding with rich red meat dishes, game or even hard cheese at the end of a meal.
