Vinification
This rosé is crafted using the direct press method, where grapes rest in the press briefly to absorb colour from the skins. Once achieving the desired pale hue, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at 15-18°C. Inert gas is used to preserve its rosé colour and freshness, with no oak or malolactic fermentation applied.
